2020 & 2021 Annual Report
For 25 years, all of us at Santa Rosa Community Health have been working to ensure that everyone in our community has the same chance for a healthy future – no matter what. Today, we’re excited to share our 2020 & 2021 Annual Report.
In these COVID times, we have focused much of our energy on providing COVID testing, education, support, and vaccinations (over 35,000 of them). We’ve shifted care delivery to support telehealth, reducing risk of exposure and increasing access for our many patients who struggle with childcare and transportation barriers to coming in for an appointment.
We’ve launched our new Epic Trail Challenge. Through our first two Challenges, we trained and supported 85 Challengers to hike an 11 or 20 mile route along extraordinary Sonoma County trails. Challengers inspired over 1,500 people to donate nearly a quarter of a million dollars in support of our work! Learn more about the Epic Trail Challenge here.
We’ve developed a new Strategic Plan that is rooted firmly in our core values of justice, equity, clinical excellence, compassion, respect, partnership, and responsiveness. We are proud to focus for the next three years on strengthening our ability to provide excellent, comprehensive, culturally responsive health care so all people can live a full and healthy life. Read the full Strategic Plan here.
We hope our full Annual Report will inspire you to continue standing with our 40,000 patients to create a just and healthy community where all people can achieve their full potential for health and well-being. We are grateful to be on this journey to health with you at our side.
