2022 Annual Report
For 26 years, Santa Rosa Community Health has worked to ensure that everyone in our community has the same chance for a healthy future — no matter what. We continue to serve our community with enthusiasm and heart, to ensure a just and healthy outcome for our patients.
We are excited to share our 2022 Annual Report, in which we introduce our Caritas Campus, which opened on November 21, 2022, and will enhance the medical, dental, and mental health care we provide for people experiencing homelessness.
