The Caritas Campus offers comprehensive primary medical care, mental and behavioral health services, pediatrics, women’s health, and OB care for any patients of Santa Rosa Community Health seeking care at this SRCH Campus. We are colocated in the Caritas Village for homeless services and specialize in providing these full-scope, primary care services to the unhoused populations in our community. We strive to offer same-day access to care for folks seeking homeless services at the Caritas Village. We work closely with Catholic Charities case managers and other housing and shelter support entities to help our patients on their path toward temporary shelter and longer-term housing.

Walk-in appointments are available during the hours listed below. We check in patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If you arrive at check-in time, we can usually see you the same day. Check-in time starts at 8:15 AM and again at 1:15 PM. If we can’t see you that day, we’ll give you an alternate appointment time. If you prefer to schedule an appointment, you can walk in to schedule an appointment for later, or call the health center at 707-583-8700.
