The Lombardi Campus offers comprehensive primary medical care, mental health care, and support services to people of all ages. Lombardi was our first campus to open in 1996 and still inspires our passion to provide outstanding care every day, no matter what, and welcome everyone with a loving heart.

We know that urgent health issues can arise at any hour of the day. We have same-day appointments and evening and weekend hours to meet your needs. We also offer a 24-hour advice/triage line.

• Same-day appointments may be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and Saturdays, 8:00 am–3:00 pm.
• Evening appointments are available Monday–Thursday, 6:00–8:00 pm.
• Weekend appointments are available Saturdays, 8:00 am–3:00 pm. Weekend hours are held at our Dutton Campus and are open to all SRCH patients, including lab and pharmacy access.
