Your health and your safety matter to us.
We want you to know that we have telehealth options available. Please call us at 707-303-3600 to schedule your next appointment. SRCH is here for you—today and always.
We understand that many members of our community may feel concerned for their safety. At Santa Rosa Community Health, our top priorities are protecting the safety and privacy of our patients while providing excellent care.
We are here for you. Please know that you and your family can continue to receive the health care services you need and deserve. You can be confident that your patient information is protected, and we are dedicated to offering secure and welcoming clinic spaces where our patients feel safe. Additionally, we offer virtual care appointments for those who cannot visit one of our campuses in person.
During uncertain times, it is essential to focus on accurate information, so we have gathered these trusted resources to help you stay informed.
We remain committed to our vision of a just and healthy community where all individuals can achieve their full potential for health and well-being.
Our Commitments:
- Patient privacy: We do not collect information about immigration status for individuals accessing care or share personal information about our patients.
- Safe spaces: We are reviewing our policies that protect our patients and procedures for potential scenarios involving ICE so that our clinic spaces remain safe and trusted environments.
- Unwavering care: We remain committed to providing high-quality, inclusive care.
- Access to benefits: We will continue to ensure that our Access Navigators are helping people sign up for the benefits for which they are eligible and that everyone knows they can safely access care at SRCH.
Know Your Rights Cards
Red cards are like helpful business cards that you can hand to an officer if they approach you in public or slide under your front door if they knock and begin to ask questions. Red cards are printed with your rights under the Constitution, and a statement that you are exercising your right to remain silent. The Red Cards were created to help all people assert their rights and defend themselves against constitutional violations. Please ask the front desk if you would like some.
North Bay Rapid Response
The Rapid Response Network is a community-based organization that provides support and legal assistance to immigrants facing deportation. They offer a 24-hour hotline for people to report ICE raids, dispatch legal observers to the scene, provide legal defense, and offer accompaniment to victims and their families. These yellow cards are available at the front desk.
