What is Epic?
Epic is a new electronic health record system at Santa Rosa Community Health that will help you see your medications, test results, upcoming appointments, medical bills, price estimates, and more all in one place in an app or web portal — even if you’ve been seen at many different healthcare centers.
What does this change mean for me and my family?
You will be able to take care of your children and other family members in one place. Stay on top of everyone’s appointments and check in on family members who need extra help, all from your account.
Will the hours change at SRCH clinics?
There may be a small reduction in office hours and provider availability as we move to this new system, but we are working to make sure you receive the care you need!
Will I still be able to see my provider?
Yes, you can keep your same care team.
Can I still send messages to providers?
Yes, you will be able to easily send messages to your care team through the MyChart app.
What is MyChart?
MyChart is our new patient portal. It allows you to see your medical records online and contact your care team. Through MyChart, you can:
- View your health information in one place
- View and update your medications
- Look up your test results
- Send messages to your care team
- Ask for medication refills
- View your appointments
- Review and pay bills
- Obtain payment estimates
- Request appointments

How do I access MyChart on my mobile device?
MyChart is available through your browser on your laptop or desktop computer. It is also available for iOS and Android devices. The mobile apps contain many of the same features as the MyChart website. To install the MyChart app go to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “MyChart.” After you have installed the app, tap “Open” or find the MyChart icon on your device and tap to open it. Then select Santa Rosa Community Health from the list of organizations. **You can start doing this on June 20, 2023**
