Next week we will open access to additional, prioritized for other essential worker categories. HEALTHY CHOICES + HEALTHY MIND = HEALTHY YOU

It is important to take care of your WHOLE health. Most of the time we think of our health is impacted by the way we eat or move and often forget about our mind. These times are causing additional challenges and stress. It is essential to find at least five to ten minutes to care for yourself and process those emotions.

As always, our mental health team is here to help and provide resources to help you handle anxiety, depression, and anything else you may be dealing with right now. Please reach out if you want to talk to someone by calling 707-303-3600.

PRESCRIPTIONS & PHARMACY:

It is important that you have your prescriptions refilled. Please keep in mind that if you already have a two week or more supply, please wait a few days before contacting the pharmacy so they can help those with urgent needs first. We will let you know about convenient new options to get your refills soon!
