GETTING THE CARE YOU NEED:

Santa Rosa Community Health has in-person, telephone and video visits so you can get preventative or sick care for yourself and your loved ones. You can be sure that we take every precaution to keep you safe during in-person visits at our sites. Please call 707-303-3600 to schedule your appointment!

GET YOUR COVID-19 VACCINE:

Santa Rosa Community Health dedicated to making sure everyone, regardless of status or insurance, gets their vaccine shots when they need them. It’s important to know the facts about the vaccine and be ready. If you are due for a second dose or booster, we will call or text you to schedule an appointment. Learn more about the vaccines here.

GET TESTED FOR COVID-19:

If you would like to get tested for COVID-19 and you:

• Are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, etc.
• Have had close contact (within 6 feet for a total of 15 minutes or more) with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

Testing is FREE to all, regardless of immigration status, there are no out-of-pocket costs for testing.

PAYING FOR CARE

As of February 21, Santa Rosa Community Health returned to a Sliding Scale fee for patients without insurance. If you are concerned about paying for your medical bills, please ask to speak with our receptionists. They will connect you with an access navigator and provide you with information to help you get insurance to cover costs.

You may have new options for insurance! Thanks to a new California law, all qualifying people over the age of 50 will now be eligible for Medi-Cal – no matter your immigration status!

It is important to take care of your WHOLE health. Most of the time we think of our health is impacted by the way we eat or move and often forget about our mind. These times are causing additional challenges and stress. It is essential to find at least five to ten minutes to care for yourself and process those emotions.

It is important that you have your prescriptions refilled. Keeping a two-week supply or more is always a good idea.
