Santa Rosa Community Health is open and here to care for you.

We are committed to stopping the spread of COVID-19 by providing free COVID testing and vaccines to our patients. To keep our patients and staff safe we have moved to video or telephone visits. Click on each subject to learn more.


Santa Rosa Community Health has telephone or video visits so you can get preventative or sick care for yourself and your loved ones. If an in-person visit is needed, we’ll invite you into our sites that remain open to care for you. We are taking every precaution to keep you safe while at our sites. Santa Rosa Community Health will be vaccinating our patients in alignment with county and state guidelines, as quickly as the vaccine is available. We are dedicated to making sure everyone, regardless of status or insurance, gets their shot as soon as possible. It’s important to know the facts about the vaccine and be ready. Learn more here. In addition to testing our patients, we are also partnering with the Sonoma County Health Department to provide community pop-up testing every Thursday from 9:30 am -11:30 at Vista Campus, if you would just like to know your status to COVID-19. Call (707) 565-4667 or make an appointment online for a Pop-Up community testing event.

Testing is FREE to all, regardless of immigration status, there are no out-of-pocket costs for testing.
